If you come across my cut/paste LLC response (as shared in the link above) and have advice on how I can improve it, I'm all ears.

If a market has insurance companies leaving in droves, it's probably not going to improve for a long time, and it may actually get worse.

They really don't have the power or right to place any kind of lien on the property while they simply have it under contract and aren't doing any improvement to the property. 

IMHO You can go with ducted minisplit systems as this is a new build and subject to the newer energy code.

This does not even cover more costs to keep improving and adding to the software.
