We've found it has superior reporting features, integration features, and is overall more efficient to work within than other REI-specific software.The downside is QBO is not set up for REI so you'll need to do that or work with an expert to ensure it is set up for your business appropriately. 

After talking to 3 companies, you should have a median price of what the cost will be.Keep in mind, a professional company tends to have processes in place to increase efficiency like inventory management and 24/7 phone coverage.

My only concern with that device would be if the tenant was smart enough to fiddle with it and claim they used less energy.
