That aggregator is not as reliable as Plaid so transaction importing is not very smooth and often involves having to reinput password, etc.Overall, for a small investor like me, I think Stessa is a good choice.

If the bank call the loan generally speaking your not going to negotiate any type of continuance of the loan. so you have your 4 choices.1. sell pay off loan2. write a check  ( its how we handled the 200 plus sub toos we did)3. refi 4. deed back to seller

Typically as someone gets older their tolerance for BS is far less.If I could sell an asset even for less $ and invest it passively at a lower risk than seller finance it to an overleveraged borrower with poor credit there is really no choice to be made in my mind.
