All it takes is one new board member with a dislike for strs and you're done.

Like others have said, I agree with a lot of his basic principles, but disagree on zero debt, no CC use, everything in cash etcWhat I'm starting to dislike about him is he's becoming more out of touch with the younger generation and their struggles with the current economic environment they are coming into at this stage of their lives.

I live on the nw side of the city and feel just as comfortable in Pilsen as I do up here in Logan Square.One thing I do dislike about that area is many of the buildings are lower than street level and many buildings tend to have more water issues. 

I dislike the city politics but so is every major city very tenant oriented.

I also disliked that I couldn't make a custom application, but I could let this slide since I require that applicants fill out a custom Google Form anyway.I'm hopeful that they will address these issues soon!

I know for me personally, I dislike the auction style.

I really dislike Airbnb as a company and any initiative they enact is obviously in their own perceived good and certainly not ours. 

Currently struggling with the unfortunate reality of tenants disliking it.
