Home Depot and lowes both sell a chemical product that will take most of that residue off, but you will most likely end up sanding the remainder off to get a good surface to paint.

I am so damn anxious when will HEB and other commercial development kick in, dont know why it takes so long just for a grocery outlet to come...Maybe Elon needs to send a nasty email or tweet to HEB CEO and also tag Home Depot, Walmart, Starbucks etc lol....its about time this area catches up to NA

@Luke TrovingerLots and lots of bleach and dish soap with hot water.Also PH balanced cleaners you can buy at Home Depot will take out urine smell.
