The truth is, Romney did not cause the death of the Ambassador, it was the refusal by the state department, on several occassions to provide more security, knowing that there were threats on his life, and knowing that the British ambassador had been attacked and killed in June.

Buying 10 homes in one transaction in a buisness name which trades in RE is obviously commercial, doing one property to a guy who does one deal at a time and takes title could be a problem....especially for a first time flipper who has business income.Best way, imo, is to make a phone call to the state department of finance and ask!

The reason I’m asking is there is an authority regulation utility that you need to get in contact with and file a complaint.It would also be time to get a complete copy of the water departments agreement and read it inside and out or find a lawyer that has already fought them over a close issue.With a chain saw, air shovel, and some good clippers I'm sure I could get to it in a few hours of work.
