Display homes and suites are where one unit of new construction is staged and decorated (usually) to show off the development.

I buy gravel for driveways, ag lime for my dove field, and river rock for decoration. 

I had so much fun coming up with themes and decorating and finding all of the item to fit the themes etc. and was looking forward to interacting with travelers from all over the world. 

Think about a theme that will make your home special--it could be decor from a specific decade, a sport or a type of region (Beach House, Countryside, etc.).

I love well cut blocks, stones, chiseled statues, decorative windows and door steps, green lawns, shaped architecture, arches, fountains, complementing colors, columns and building trims.

The units have little outdoor areas in which the tenants are apparently able to decorate how they wish, lets just say its easy to see who has been there a while and that most of the the tenants are older.The owner also pays the water so im hoping between that, the low rent, and deferred maintenance that there is some real value add opportunity depending on what he thinks its worth. 

Decorate and equip your rental in such a way that young officers would kill to live there.  

It's super creepy with all the decor, why are those kids on the ceiling?

I will have to do some decorating/painting in my apartment but the 2nd floor will be ready for rent!!!!
