Financing must be through non-recourse loans, and you must avoid prohibited transactions, such as personal use or self-dealing.

You could get everything in writing but you'd have to evict if purchase didn't go through.

I suspect it's due to the change in the housing market and economy.  

Any tips on managing joint ownership or deciding to hold or sell would be greatly appreciated. 

I have newer properties that spec builders just through up and have issues with. 

Syracuse is definitely experiencing a lot of hype at the moment because of Micron, and we're seeing lots of renovated options on the market in areas that likely won't benefit from the new campus.

I can go way deeper into finding good MTR markets, pursing tenants other than travel nurses, property types, scaling operations through systems (my specialty), renovations, etc but it's much harder to do in a thread.

I bit the bullet and bought into to the Deal Genie with Jerry Norton and Peter Conti.

Does anyone have any advise on the area or some good resources?
