I'm looking into LTR, because it brings me probably 15% less income but a lot of hours of less work . still considered.Bill, I agree but permits are a complicated thing. there's the notion of  "use" which is very subjective and disputable , but unfortunately still a thing.What do you guys think of adding a 2 lines provision in the lease to disclose the "uncertainty" about this matter so that the tenant can't use it against me ?

I guess there could be such a thing as a blanket equity LOC, and that would be where the notion of additional collateral would come into consideration.

I was acting on the notion that if I find a deal, then the buyer would be no problem if you do in fact have a good deal.

The notion that banks just out of the blue spend money hiring skip tracers to track someone who "might" have transferred a property out of their personal name into an entity is just unbelievable to me.

As much as a landlord thinks rent ought to be a tenants top priority if you are faced with a bunch of legal bills because a family member has some issue with the simple fact is events can conspire to derail that notion or desire. 

From living in Houston, I have this notion that closer to the city center is best but this may not be the case for San Antonio.
