I’m speaking to a few trades, we now think it’ll be much more efficient to do something differently from the submitted renderings (basement had a walk through laundry room en route to the suite; we’ve since located the stack and it will be easier to add separate laundry on the main floor than physically separating the basement laundry).

I've been reading lately that many people are actually leaving the area en masse due to the cost of living, which means it could become a cheaper city to invest in soon (hopefully).http://www.newsweek.com/why-are-californians-fleei...https://www.sfgate.com/expensive-san-francisco/art...I feel that a lot of those strong, tech-sector jobs are moving to cheaper areas (Austin, TX and Denver, CO. are cities that come to mind).
