I had some spare time and the weather was wonderful so I got to work .  7 square and of course , most of it was off a ladder .  

I have no problem  getting pof but broker goes into asking weather i have rehab funds after Ive answered that with a yes twice the day before.Then asks me if Ive spoken to Banker(they know one another personally )  regarding approval.

Since i live in my 4 unit i do all the landscaping and snow shoveling myself.I will be out of town for two weeks at the end of March and with the way the weather is going we might still have snow around then.

Wherever you decide to go, at least inTexas you don't usually have bad weather and you can work all year.  

Kevin, I do not like the weather.  

I will make it happen once the weather clears and if he still wants to do it.I don't have the ability to do a pod cast from my home as I don't know how to configure the computer set up and stuff they need .. they need something called Skype and I don't know how to use that etc... all the pod cast I do are always just on the phone..

In fact I would be doing my analysis to ensure any new investments can weather a significant retrenchment in real estate valuations.

Warmer weather for real estate.  

If I didn't have enough in reserves to weather the storm then this is a possible solution but must be made with high caution.  

I guess the beaches, models, and 70 degree weather is worth paying the high LLC fees :)
