In that area, they use evapo-transportation systems that rely on plants growing in the leach field to pull the water up into the plants and then evaporate it out of the plants into the air.Tanks do need to be pumped periodically when heavy, non-dissolving material ends up in the tank.

My hope is that the property will continue to gain value because of the multiple bedrooms, small fenced yard and parking, as well as proximity to public transportation in an area filling in with high rises.So my big question mark is whether to proceed, given that this house is directly across the street from a low-income housing development.

It's an area where a rip off artist can do very well in an unregulated area of business, anyone can be a guru, if you let them.Pretty much why I tell people to go learn the basics instead of getting caught up in some forum zoo, blog, podcast, coloring book, paint by numbers set or system, go learn the reality of real estate first, then jump in with all the clowns in the car, see the tactics, if you like some strategy then learn that and go invest or make some money.

I let me plumber bring it for the following reasons:1)  I dont have a vehicle that can transport a Water Heater easily2)  My plumber gets a discount on the price of the Water Heater that I would not get3)  My plumber bills me at cost for the materials
