Common sense dictates that those kinds of opportunities are ephemeral and elusive by their very nature.This probably works with properties that need some kind of repair, or where there is value to be unlocked by some kind of zoning change, etc...

So, it might make most sense to unlock the value before selling. 

It is an electric lock system that unlocks in the morning and locks around 6 pm local time daily (except weekends and holidays), and my property manager has an app that can monitor all of this (as well as lock/unlock the doors outside of normal hours).  

However, the bulk quantity cells are unlocked since you need to enter those from the SKU sheet after you have a total of the item needed.

You have every right to represent yourself in the transaction, while letting the listing agent take care of the menial tasks of writing up contracts, unlocking houses, making phone calls, etc.If the listing agent absolutely required that you had representation, she should have given you the opportunity to find your own agent as opposed to letting her "appoint" one to you...presumably someone who works on the same team or at least under the same broker.Ignoring those things, Ralph is on the right track.

Can't you unlock the current equity that you have on your CO investments (with a HELOC or a cash-out) and buy properties without selling them.

Then he waits for an open house to see the property or if there is no open house he/she gets a buyers agent to unlock the property (you even drive yourself there).

Were you not there to unlock the door for the Sheriff?

He (or she) is far more likely to pounce when you're in a vulnerable position like when you're fiddling with keys to get a door unlocked.
