Crushed rock and some drop system for small desert plants would be cost effective and low maintenance. 

My understanding is that the Tesla plant is currently only operating at 1/3 of operating capacity, so many more prospective renters moving to that area soon. 

It's home to The Ohio State University with nearly 60,000 students, 5 fortune 500 companies, over +25% population change since 2000, 2016 smart city challenge award winner gaining 50 million dollars in funding from the government, Intel is spending 20 Billion dollars to build two semiconductor plants, and many many more great things presently and coming in the future.

If you're looking for some "challenge projects" you could do some kind of stucco finish, or textured plaster of some kind, or perhaps even do a stone/brick/other veneer, though it would be a bit more involved that just drywall.

Shari, I think you are right about the judge.I'd proceed with great caution with a title plant/closing agency that thinks they can originate loans, not the case IMO.
