Regardless, as you've now clarified, Renatus only sells education and they aren't in the business of actually getting involved in the actual investing of their students.Thank you for that clarification, as I'm very certain this is an important distinction potential students will want to understand before handing over tens of thousands of dollars.I'll summarize my thoughts on this:  I would never pay any significant amount of money to an unaccredited real estate educator who had no intention of actually helping with the actual investing.

Either way the economy goes, I am OK.Bottomline: stop trying to predict the economy and instead, focus your attention on making good deals that will make you money regardless of what happens to the economy.Oh and here's a quote I saw from a TV show that succinctly summarizes the folly of trying to predict the economy and investing based on it: "Economists are on earth to make fortune tellers look good."

@Bradley Chiakas we see these claims, but do not have any stats as each claim is unique.I'll try to summarize and categorize insurance/claim scenario's If the PM is doing something for the property owner or to the property, the PM is open to General Liability claims.If a GL claim happens on the property, like a slip and fall, the PM lease will usually have language stating that the landlord needs to defend the PM.
