Experience in the market - how much time and what type of product?

The builders that we work with, SI being one I work with a lot, are good at what they do and produce a good product in growing areas that rent well.  

The past couple of years as L3Harris has begun to move production/engineering from California to the area (cost cutting measure, not political), we have been seeing 10% appreciation yoy or so. 

When considering DSCR finance, are there any products that foreign nationals can use with no local credit score?

Hey Robert, I have struggled with the adjacent before/after for different reasons as well (Pricelabs really needs a better education model) on their product, but I was able to figure out my issue by reaching out to them.

I reached out to a second lender that has more agreeable investment lending products and I think we are going to avoid putting it in my personal altogether.

There are only so many PRODUCTIVE hours each person is capable of producing.  

The product is available but the pricing is not as pretty by any means, you’ll be looking at a rate 1-1.5% higher and possibly an extra .5-1 point in cost right off the bat. 

When they go to sell they find this out when they have no equity in the deal. 2) they go for the interest rate, which can be refinanced down, instead of the purchase price that can’t be changed after purchase. 3) the location and product are carbon copy with their competition.
