When I talked to them about the need to keep the place cleaner and the roaches being a result of the trash and food, they seemed sincerely oblivious to the possibility. 

Hi everyone - I purchased my first condo in Long Beach, CA a couple years ago and have since realized that speaking to actual residents is incredibly valuable.

I thought maybe since rates are so low, I could cash out refinance my own home and pay both off in 15 years with the rent $.
