In any case, I'm moving and shaking all the time on top of being on here constantly. 

We don't always send different media, but we change the message up (for example, a series of 6 different postcards that we'll cycle thru).But since you're using yellowletters.com, I'd say yes, shake it up.  

There are some advantages of being naïve.Every time I purchase at Trustee sales my hands still shake while giving them cashier's checks.  

May I suggest if your going to wait then take it off the market until spring because all that is happening now is your house is becoming shopworn and stale to the agents and buyers and it is hard to shake that status. 

The first 2 calls did not shake me.

And if they decide to shake things up a bit and go to video, that's even better - I'm hot!

I have my google voice set up to go straight to voicemail with a pre-recorded message about the information to leave and I've only had one person not leave a message.The interesting part is that although the properties aren't in good areas I've had a few people say that they have multiple properties to get rid of so we'll see what shakes out.All in all though I'm not sure that Memphis is the market that I'll target as 90% of the calls came from these undesirable locations.This is still a testing phase for me to see where to hit hard since I'm in Los Angeles and it's really tough here.
