Of course someone will say buy 10 of them and rent that out but most condos in todays market in major cities require at least 50% down to break even and like the real world example I gave, buying turns out to cost twice as much as renting at present meaning since the mortgage for the new owner is $4800 and renting that same unit is $2,400, you can invest the difference and come out ahead in in the 10 year example I gave.
