I have spoken with my CPA and he said roughly $27k in taxes so I rounded up of course since the hand we all must feed seems to always want more.

After closing costs: $251,000 rounded-up.

At the time I thought “well the payment is $1,710 if I can rent it for $1,700 I plan on just rounding off to $2,000 so I can pay it down quicker and move into a bigger equity position”.

What was once a 2 or 3 step bidding process is now 5+ steps with multiple “best and final” rounds so I see the appeal of paying up for an off market deal.

Once you see the cost of something on paper you can do some round math. 

They are investing heavily in the Killeen, Pflugerville, and Round Rock areas... anything within a certain radius of downtown Austin.One big thing to note here is that if each property is being sold by a different owner, then you will have to purchase them individually.
