Stephanie, If we decide that three courses are a little too much at once (I do still have a 9-5) is there a secondary rotation of these courses?

I think the one fear that many people have about medical students becoming active investors is how can you perform landlord duties (handling repairs etc.) while on a rotation, or studying for an exam.

I've got a handful of local banks that I've built up relationships over the years and just kind of rotate my loans between them so that no one bank feels they are overexposed with me.

Plus it strained the relationship between the seller and tenant.

Those on the low end of the income spectrum in Bridgeport are strained further by the city's high cost of living.

This is putting some strain on an investor's ability to buy a property and use it 100% as a vacation rental.  

Calculate your loss months of rents if you have to eat this for a year or more, plus the attorney costs, plus whatever damage he decides to do, plus the emotional strain, and compare all that to paying a few grand now to be done.  

Do you have a rotation you use for direct mail (like 4 weeks later, then another 6 weeks for unresponsive addressed and do you switch up the type of media you are using)?

Then take into account the strain they are putting on one of your biggest expenses in owning a home the AC unit.
