Should I reveal to the seller that I'm a wholesaler and I have relationships with end buyers but need to sell each one separately or do I try to put them all under contract as I would a sf deal and just try to sell them to my end buyers before my 30-45 days are up?

If they typically build it out themselves, then their decision to sell this one as an approved subdivision instead is extremely revealing in regards to their own opinion of project viability...Based on the feeling I have about that area, without doing any real research, I personally wouldn't be jumping at the idea of building spec homes in the Tilton/Franklin market.
