All liens are removed from the property as the result of sale at auction.We won the bid, wrote the check to the sheriff within 30 days, and today the deed was recorded, we are the owners!  

I doubt that owner-occupiers would be the early users. 

"Evicting" squatters who were allowed to live on premises from prior complacent owner was interesting to say the least.

I would have to guess that a lot of single property owners won't show up on their lists.

We had to wait maybe 2 months to see if we were going to get it and luckily the owner let us rent it while we were waiting.

However, can one really conclude an actionable difference exists that is so powerful the average home owner can pay off their mortgage in seven years?

This is important because these are generally the property owners with standing to file an appeal if they are not satisfied with the plans which can become a drawn out and expensive process.
