It's so good to get the kids involved and bought in to the vision. 

Having that better understanding allows you to have the vision to find "deals" despite having little or no money down.  

This vision will motivate me to move towards commercial property in the future.  

Remember, 0 down carry  can be great but don't let that cloud your vision for what you are buying .

No one can predict the future but when opportunity comes you should take advantage of it; IF it meets the vision you have for your life.

My wife and I have always had a mind for real estate investing, its more than a money making opportunity for us, it's a lifelong dream and a big part of the vision we have for our future.
