Same vein for "Social Security Records' initial post too - I would move to another lender - DSCR Loans are standardized enough between lenders (probably around ~90%) so at best these are mild stretched truths but in my mind do a lot of damage to the industry and investors/borrowers because it creates confusion and uncertainty 

Tell the truth, because if they are trying to purchase a home and a verification of rent is from a private party we'll ask for supporting documentation from the borrower anyways, as we know landlords may stretch the truth.

A lot of how a property manager performs will be how nice your property is, how realistic your rent amount is and the area the property is located. 

For Aug rent, it would have been prorated.How extensive are the renos to the vacant unit? 

Title company stated if she refuses to close, I can sue her under the contract for specific performance of the contract and or can just record the deed and take ownership of the property.
