I have several clients who have chosen to pause their search based on rates and competition for the little supply there is out there.

If you are doing anything to the exterior you also run a higher risk of getting red tagged and having to pause the work while you go through the appropriate process which will increase your construction costs.

I assure him over and over that he could just talk about the mortgage product and not pause to explain everything and that I would ask questions if I was unsure on a something.This happened 3 or 4 times. 

However the likely outcomes are what give me pause. 

Every time I felt  that this is the time, I would always press the pause button thinking that I have to learn more and be confident with every single step before going in.

I would recommend taking some time to pause and remember what your goal is with buying the home.

Just something to give you pause... not a insurance professional but my understanding of it.

On one of the deals right now we have put in place 1-year pause on payouts because it is our first year in the deal and we need to get everything set up.

Always listen to their answer and don't move to the next question without a long pause (If it helps take notes so you are writing while pausing).
