@Michael Baum  Your technology is quite impressive. 

Most modern mortgages are not “assumable” in the strictest sense, however many of us purchase properties “subject to the existing mortgage.”

I'm an expert in the optical industry, which is quickly losing demand due to the progression of technology and online sales. 

Most modern wireless routers can be set up with different account.

As such, many people are buying these buildings, redoing the exteriors (trendy paint colors, new signage, putting on those big street numbers that seem to be all the rage, modern landscapping, maybe replacing some siding to give it an updated more modern look).Okay, so my question:  A buddy of mine asked me if I knew anyone that did this type of work. 

This is not cheap greenboard or modern cement board construction.Here's my fix for this problem.I've had access to the back of the valve and the copper supply lines when I've done this, another nice feature of these built-for-the-GIs housing units. 

As an out of town owner who needs things to run on autopilot, if I were you I'd spend a little more and buy something of more modern construction in a better part of town.

If we can save time AND the technology's efficiency is making it cheaper than the old way, it’s a no brainer for consumers.
