It was the only room with wallpaper and slightly flowered but not overpowering. 

I changed to a higher pitch roof which gave the home a much larger appearance from the curb, I added a glass wagon wheel to the double garage door, I also added to Windows to the side of the garage to give it more light and also give it a different exterior appearance, and an additional amount of flowers and bushes to the front landscape.

Put a nice pot of flowers by the front door.. add a new welcome mat.

Coatesville and Reading are good cash flowers too, but Pottstown seams to be more up and coming.

There was a podcast with Jefferson Lily, he talked about how expensive it was to start a park due to the cost of infrastructure and of course zoning and increased opposition.

I love planting the flowers and tending to them.

So colorful pillows, sticker cut-out designs on the old wood, colorful fabrics & cushions, inexpensive but better looking lighting, fake flowers, bright multi-color paint for the outside of the trailer, and hula skirt for the trailer..
