Hey Todd:That seems where I leaning, having to pay down the HELOC along with a conventional loan will greatly effectcash flow......I like the idea of using the HELOC for an all cash buy.....aprreciate your insights......thanks!

There’s “stepping” in the bricks, the balconies are showing rebar, and it just feels like it’s leaning slightly when inside.
