Some of what we usually do over these 3 days: Small group hot seats (3-4 people), masterminds, small group goal-setting..

.- Ensure electrical panel, wiring, plumbing, drains, heat pumps, central air conditioner, hot water heater, etc. are in good serviceable condition.- Trim baseboards with 6" trim, windows, throughout.Living Room:- Is that an attic access panel?

No turnover, no replacing the roof, the hot water heater, the broken AC, no vacancy, no tenant hassles, etc… pest control, electrical issues, plumbing issues, septic issues, no renovations from wear and tear (you get the picture).

Average DOM around 45 with average homes getting 1% under list and pending in 45 days, and hot homes are getting an average of 1% over list and pending in 6 days.

Quick increases in value are hard to come by, unless the area gets really hot and interest rates drop a lot, creating a frenzy.
