.: I'm not aware of any requirement for this.I do provide an application because it has a lot of information necessary for tracking the individual: social security number, driver license number, previous addresses, etc.When you take over an existing renter, I recommend you figure out how to get the entire file from the former manager/landlord.

I am concerned about the implications of transferring the property into an LLC, especially since I have a favorable mortgage rate that I would prefer not to jeopardize.Would it be advisable to establish an LLC, obtain a PO Box, and open a business account without transferring my current property to the LLC?

The two reasons are clients do a hybrid approach is either to maximize revenue or because they prefer MTR bookings and we just use STR to fill the gaps.
