It's misleading if you don't consider immigration from other Countries and Population growth from birth.Look at all the Stroller neighborhoods in NYC, especially Park Slope, Brooklyn.

My wife is an immigrant here legally.

It seems as though the "Illegal immigrant" tenants did the owner a favor by improving the property even if the improvement was not permitted.

I know this is old but it is grinding my gears and it infuriates me.To assume that all illegal immigrants live in bad neighborhoods and will kill you is a pretty narrow way of thinking.
