Life gets to normal and cities are fully the hotspots.

A gated community that during development was "the" spot to be could have been selling for 3mill+ at inception, and 10 years later lucky to get 1.25mil on sales because it is no longer "the" hot spot, that's now down on the river, or in the new condos down town, so on and so forth. 

Not sure how you can continue to think the stories coming out of Covid-19 hotspots around the country are not accurate.

Everything in my brokerage that requires me to be near a computer, so I end up on the side of the highway using my phone's hotspot and uploading contracts into docusign..

There are a few cash flow hotspots I've located, but sellers generally know what they own is a hot commodity, so investors generally have to pay up or rehab rundown properties to get the eye-raising cash flow. 

The markets are always changing, but for instance right now Philly, Chicago, KC, and Indy are the hot spots.
