What is a reasonable price to hire someone to go on site to measure the home and then draw the plans?

How much does is cost to hire a lawyer for a eviction in average.Anyone knows any eviction lawyers that charges a flat fee for it in Montgomery County or Chester County?

Does the contractor who was hired to repair it have any recollection or notes, like emergency visit, no heat?

Active investing means you buy the asset (like a four unit) and you manage the asset - you can hire a property manager or do it yourself - either way if you own the asset and are managing the asset, you are an active investor.
