Anyone hanging in there?

Have to hang on for a bit to get state & fed tax credits for rehabbing this qualifying historic house.

Most of the time the time wasters usually just hang up after they get their questions answered or if the deal isn't right for me i could just past it off to a fellow investor.

Make a deal with these people to hang the sign that says WE BUY HOUSES or w/e you want it to say.

So obviosly if you are hanging onto this property for more than a month or two without any tenants, I must be doing something wrong then.
