It sounds like this turned off a lot of buyers from scoping homes during the winter low point, especially when homes that are gorgeous in spring were covered in winter sludge for much of a three-month period.From my understanding, Chicago always has a hefty snow season.

Fixing screw pops, patching holes, caulking here and there, color changes from pink and lime semigloss to a neutral color, and cleaning filthy walls down.

If the walls are painted back and ceiling pink, they do not care as long as the paint is not pealing.

Finally, when he did his hypnosis show a drop dead gorgeous woman fell into my lap and then ended up putting her arms around my neck during the show.

One pink bedroom needs to be painted and the carpet in all 3 bedrooms needs to be replaced.

@Jacob Wyatt a buddy of mine dug out his crawl space, raised the house and put in a gorgeous 1200 sq ft 2/1 in the basement.

The tiles in the hall bath were retro pink and we gave them a completely new look.

I have a STR in a gorgeous waterfront town in Western Michigan in prime location (walking distance to shops, restaurant, waterfront)....Renting it in the summer is super easy, but things seem a bit quiet in the winter months.
