I'm doing something wrong and Google answers are not helping.

Like many others on BP , I do prefer some element of privacy as I do not want tenants and such googling me and finding threads where I have used them as an example .  

You can research what that is on the ol' Google, but that will break a deal if you're trying to do a condo and do the 10% down route.

Even when I google climate controlled self storage in Louisiana but all the big operators all the images are multiple stories. of course it's possible to build climate control one story, institutional level development is different than individual.

Population is growing aggressively and jobs are moving here especially with major employers like Intel, Google, Amazon, Nationwide, etc.

Leader Bank has great high yield accounts but if you want somewhere local I would Google banks or CUs nearby that would give you the best local service. 

Hi, you can google the areas you are interested in and do your homework to see what areas you may be interested in but, Ohio is a good place to invest in Real estate.

@John Underwood has a good answer - why don't you actually ask an attorney (or maybe you can google this answer?)

If that looks good, I do my own google check and also look at local court records just in case something was missed by the background check.
