However, the attorney probably doesn’t have the time or expertise or experience in this market especially to effectively market, nurture leads, manage viewings, and most importantly negotiate through the twists and turns of a real estate transaction.

It took me a few months to gently paint a new picture for her on how this house could be a new beginning for another family.
