We should learn more from our failures than from our sucesses and hopefully we will all be better as a result of this experience with Pinnacle.I challenge everyone one to make a list of at least 7 things they are thankful for and then go a step further and identify someone who is less fortunate than you are (I know you think such a person does not exist but they do) and sow a seed in their life - it does not have to be financial, it could be a compliment, it could be a listening ear, you are only limited by your imagination.

The only thing insurance covers as to land is the liability, I've never seen a lot destroyed by fire or land blow away in a tornado. 10% of the home value may be set aside for trees, shrubs and seeding destroyed but the land nor it's value is part of a homeowner's policy.

@Ritch Bonisa I looked at the Video @Matthew Jonovich all in 69k.. they are little box's so I guess if that is what it turns out to bemy guess is land was less than 1k morris making his 5k or so per deal builder making 10k per houses leaves about 50k to build 900 sq ft with no garage and no landscaping other than the city will probably make them throw grass seed.. rent probably wont make 900 in that area .. just because that's 200 over any thing else.

Im not closeminded to mentoring programs although I’ve never done one nor do I plan to at this moment in time.With that said I believe they can be a great tool but I wouldnt spend potential seed money on it early on in an investing career.

I begin each year with my seed and cash it out and buy homes/rentals at the end of the year.......never flips.
