I have been looking for a program to keep track of financials for each property, individual unit, but not having much luck outside of full blown PM software which I wouldn't be utilizing most of the features.

Currently we are helping land lease communities with their compliance burdens related to Fair Housing and ADA.I was appointed by the Governor of Illinois to set up and run the Illinois Manufactured Housing Quality Assurance Board, I was selected as the Manufactured Housing Industry Person of the Year(2013), my consulting company was selected as Service Supplier of the Year in 2011 by MHI (our national trade association), I have served three times on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Manufactured Housing Association and also served as Chairman in 2014, and have been the featured speaker over 200 times at industry events.

Also do the same from 2005 to 2011 in the same city, what were the features that contribute home sale price during the Great Recession.One can step one step further using stock analysis tools to under stand demand and supply, multiple offers to predict when the home prices will max out.

I participate in several software beta testing groups and all of them have forums for users to suggest features and fixes for future updates, so, I would like to start a discussion about Future Features for these calculators.
