Hello,I am currently located in the Denver, Colorado area, looking to start doing some fix and flips to generate some extra income and eventually transition to a full time real estate investor. 

My thought was one roll per person plus one extra—the house sleeps eight, so we supply nine rolls.

I'm willing to pay the extra closing to do that. 

My question is, should I pay-off my primary residence mortgage to 1)Get peace of mind and some sort of security 2)Opportunity to borrow from my equity if needed 3) Extra cashflow to save and invest in another rental property in the future OR should I keep my primary residence mortgage (due to the low interest rate) and purchase another rental property instead?

Granite is pretty durable, heat-resistant and aesthetically appealing.

I would recommend adding $25 to the cleaning fee and an extra $10 per night to cover the cost of providing a grill for guests.

I figured I have plenty of time to take on the extra work and It will also help me cash flow more and help me get to the next property.

It's been worth the expense and extra work.

Now a historical area on the other hand, with restrictions... this makes me look at what I will have to do and the extra steps I would have to take to do it.
