Example if a house is forclosured on $350,000 but the value of the property  has a potential  of $800,000 to $900,000 depending on comps the the property would start the Auction sell not on what's delinquent but at 67% of value.

To provide an example, I was previously employed in the legal department of HHM, which at the time was a an affiliate management company of a publicly traded hotel development/operation company where we managed  the portfolio of  hotels as well as provided 3rd party management services.

Plenty you can do, even at 15.I think a guy your age for example could develop a nice small business of iphone consulting. 

Whereas it is a higher priced house with no equity we will probably pass, but that is just an example of how the market has changed.
