Create columns for Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip and then contact info: Last Contact, Relationship, Status, Email & Phone.IMPORTANT: do NOT ask people for THEIR business, ask for referrals!

The Loopnet ad provided 3 email leads and none of them every responded back to me after I replied to them.

Currently San Antonio has 3.8 months of inventory on the sale side meaning it's still a sellers market but creeping towards a buyers market which is above 6 months of inventory.I imagine we'll see this number decrease as we move into the year.

I can see he is still sending emails to other platforms from our joint business email.

They also set you up with a mentor who has a vested interest in helping you do deals because they get a percentage of profits for the first year. the mentor is available by phone, email, or text 7 days a week and help you analyze and structure deals.

i would imagine it as a long process to obtain the lien certification from department of revenue.
