So far all I know is it was a month to month lease, he only pays $350/month, and helped the elderly lady with lawn care and errands (although the lawn looks overgrown in areas so he didn’t do a good job).

Similarly, I don't know squat about reverse mortgages, and it wouldn't be worth it for me to learn it just for one transaction, so randomly calling me with a reverse mortgage question would be a waste of your time... you'd be better off hanging out with a bunch of elderly homeowners and asking them who does their reverse mortgages.

Set them, but still be nice and professional. that brought back memories I bought timber track in the mid 90s from this elderly gentlemen who had about 200 SFR's in Portland. which is a lot for this area.. as SFR are not common as rentals..
