Yes this was a eminent domain taking of our land, for them to make the road wider with the bike path. 

Something unique that I haven’t seen before is they also offer options to lease the domain and rent to own.

Today our domain name was locked in and some initial data placed there.

Someone has purchased the domain, Vacation Rentals For Sale, but it's not up and running yet, and I don't see any others! 

@Andrew Angell They've been in business for 60 years and yet just registered the domain name in 2020?

Secondly, I would look at 78727 close to the Domain where they predict Austin's 2nd downtown area will be!

Everything involved with marketing through a website adds up quickly (PPC, SEO, Hosting, Domains, etc) so you may find you have a better bang for your buck utilizing other methods.

@Adrian S.From my research, I have found that using a top-level domain may be better for marketing your brand as well as for search engine optimization.
