I Bought at the absolute Bottom of the Market until I ran out of Credit to buy, Financed by the Owners properties and then I met my girlfriend at our Stock Investing Club and we used her Credit and my Down Payment Money to buy three more properties.There is a lot more than just the Cookie Cutter RE Investing Plans to make things work for you.

That is with a normal septic and not a mound system or something more expensive.I would be shocked if you could get anyone out there to grade and ready the property for 2k unless you know a guy or are renting the rigs and doing it yourself.
