It needs to be cured!

I've learned patience and common sense can cure most IT issues. :) 

I plan on adding some walls/closets to cure its functional obsolescence.This is not important for me personally since my family is small.

Post notice of violation / notice to cure letter for them referencing ordinance.

You should really do you homework and learn more about the rest of the country that you live in; its an easy cure for ignorance (I'm not saying this to be mean, but more as a matter of fact). 

Give tenant a cure or quit notice ASAP. 

I sent the citations to the owner to cure and called again.to explain these citations are linked to my name & I can’t get approved for other business matters with open city citations.

Joe's lease has provisions against this, so I properly serve him a "10 day notice to cure" using a process server ($$).

I do have a bit of it from a flip we closed on last month, and I'm not sure whether that money needs more time to cure before I can utilize it for this type of transaction. 

Tom,Another option for you to consider is utilizing a trenchless technology called cured-in-place lateral lining, which essentially is installing a new pipe inside of the existing sewer lateral.
