Back then Noe was a sleepy little neighborhood (not the über-yuppie-destination it is today ;).

I have cruised the area in question daily for the past year, and am about to start direct calling landlords to see who wants to sell.  

On the flip side, rather than buying the nicest house on the block at our destination we’ve decided to downsize from 2900 sq ft, 4 bed/2.5 bath, loft, den and a pool to an 1100 sq ft, 3bed/2 bath cozy home with a small backyard (no more yard work!). 

Those are two things that can't be used in the same sentence.Branson is a big destination. 

We also like to travel and are therefore out of touch for a day or more at a time (in the air, on a cruise, etc).

I know BP works hard to keep everything legitimate but the best of organizations just can't screen everything and scams are destined to get through the cracks.
