You can identify problem settling areas that may cause problems on newer construction as well as old, and on old you can take a look at the condition of the pipes and get an expert's opinion on them.Good Luck!

I was talking about this with a friend and we have split opinions.

Though members still need to keep in mind that moderators are allowed to have their own opinion on subjects that may or may not be the opinion of BP, though most of us will clarify if we are speaking on our own or with our moderator hat on.

What is not OK is to state hearsay as facts and confuse random opinions of random people with actual knowledge or, as you put it, "research."

personally im not a fan of sub2 (unpopular opinion on BP, sorry ab it). most don't understand what they're getting into with sub2 and thats where it becomes problematic. 

The amount of new apartments buildings I have seen go up within the last 2 years and the transformation that my own neighborhood has gone through in the last 3 years has been a rapid change in my opinion.

In my opinion you should move on.

Current PM is fine, but they do not have student rental market understanding in my opinion.
