Now of course there are still deals to be had out there, I am not saying that, but its a lot harder to find those deals today than five years ago when everything was a deal due to low interest rates.We are always buying but this is my business, so we have a team etc. to manage it.

But from a moral & ethical perspective, you may want to decide at some point to just eat it and accept write it off as cost of doing business.

I have a commitment to invest in rental properties, meet professionals  & eventually meet potential business partners!

I recently watched a video of a social media guru suggesting in 30 days he could have a team in place in any market in the country and be up and running with a successful real estate business.

View it as a business expense like you do the mortgage. 

BP rules don't allow you to advertise your business in the open forums.

I think it’s a more recent consideration (maybe in the past decade or so based on my digging / anecdotal feedback) and perhaps some of you that have been in the business longer and simply renewing old policies may be getting a pass.  

Also putting a business card and flyer on the door could work.

Kind of a advertisement and asking for help on how to take your business from you.What do you bring to the table?
